You know how to do a pushup... but what about for your brain?

Most people know the importance of exercise, whether it be cardio or strength-training, and its effect to their health. But what other's aren't aware of is the fact that your brain also needs that same conditioning and training to do its essential function: thinking!

Did you know that our biggest mental declines happen after our formal schooling? It's true! After school, we're no longer pushing ourselves to learn and grow, hence the decline.

But don't worry. Your neurons can still grow and branch into your best, more beautiful brain despite your age, income, IQ, or education. I was also at the same place as you, wondering "It's probably too late for me to start?" and "Where do I even start the workout?".

Using the games posted on our website (go to Resources), your memory, reasoning skills, and executive functioning skills will greatly improve, leading to increased feelings of calm, happiness, and focus. Adding these games to your daily schedule, at least 10 minutes a day, can help you find a new confidence in your mental skills and help your brain work better.

Still skeptical? Check out these pictures.

So now you're interested or maybe getting there. What do you need to reach your goal? You need three things.

  1. The personal WANT to have a better brain

  2. Unhealthy habits such as drugs, alcohol, brain injuries, obesity, hypertension, and stress

  3. Regular brain healthy habits = this blog

Well, this is it for our first blog post. Leave down a comment or heart! Tell us what you want to learn about (I guarantee other's are interested in what you want to say)!
